STEAM

High School

Teaching STEAM is our purpose.

Our STEAM program integrates education in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics all at once. Logic is utilized in problem resolution because science and mathematics are the basis. Technology and engineering are the applied fields. The creativity needed to depict concepts both visually and abstractly is provided by the arts. Balanced integration of these disciplines fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and making connections among varied concepts.

Approach and Offerings

We’re on a mission to ignite a passion for STEAM by immersing students in hands-on, project-based learning that brings real-world challenges into the classroom. Through collaborative projects, students develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills—while discovering how STEAM leads to careers in Aerospace Valley.

Science and Math

Science and math are brought to life across classrooms through real-world applications, from technical writing to lab-based learning, and advanced competitions like Science Olympiad.

Technology and Engineering

Students explore computer science and engineering with PLTW and real-world mentors. From design to robotics, they turn ideas into action through hands-on, future-focused projects.

Visual and Performing Arts

VAPA courses blend creativity with technology, giving students tools to express, innovate, and prepare for careers in digital arts, media, architecture, and game design.

Parent & Community Involvement

We understand that parent and community participation is important for the success of the STEAM program. Parents are invited to assist in the classroom, serve in a mentoring capacity, and help during events such as robotics, competitions, art exhibits, or showcases.

Community support enhances the value offered to our students, allowing them to gain valuable experience and mentorship.
