Uniform Complaint Procedure
The Uniform Complaint Policy and Procedures (UCP) outlines how The Palmdale Aerospace Academy (TPAA) addresses and resolves complaints related to state and federal education programs. This policy ensures that students, parents, staff, and community members have a fair and consistent process to raise concerns about unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, or violations of education-related laws and regulations. It also covers complaints regarding pupil fees, educational programs, and the rights of specific student groups such as foster youth, homeless students, English learners, and children of military families.
