Welcome to The Palmdale Aerospace Academy for the 2026-27 school year! We are thrilled to kick off another incredible school year and extend our very best wishes for a rewarding, healthy, and engaging year ahead.
As part of our commitment to open communication and strong family partnerships, we are providing our annual notification of your rights and responsibilities under Education Code § 48980. Uniform Complaint Procedure
The Uniform Complaint Policy and Procedures (UCP) outlines how The Palmdale Aerospace Academy (TPAA) addresses and resolves complaints related to state and federal education programs. This policy ensures that students, parents, staff, and community members have a fair and consistent process to raise concerns about unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, bullying, or violations of education-related laws and regulations. It also covers complaints regarding pupil fees, educational programs, and the rights of specific student groups such as foster youth, homeless students, English learners, and children of military families.
Through the UCP, TPAA is committed to protecting the rights of all students, ensuring equal access to educational opportunities, and maintaining compliance with state and federal requirements.
