Our Student Services Department is dedicated to supporting students and families in every aspect of school attendance, enrollment, and safety. Guided by our mission, vision, and Portrait of a Graduate, we work to foster a safe, secure, and inclusive environment where every child feels connected, engaged, and valued.
Our mission is to empower students to reach their highest potential—academically, socially, and personally—while ensuring they have the resources and support to thrive as part of the TPAA community.

Helping students and families with attendance, enrollment, and support so every child feels safe, included, and ready to learn.
School Safety
Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment by supporting safety plans, addressing concerns quickly, and ensuring students feel protected and cared for.
Retention/Promotion
Guiding parents and students through academic placement decisions to support growth and long-term. achievement.
Disciple Guidance
Overseeing suspensions, expulsions, and restorative practices to ensure fairness and a focus on student success.
Parent and Family Complaints
Addressing parent concerns by listening, investigating, and working with all parties to find fair and supportive solutions.
Records and Transcripts
