PTSO
Parent Teacher Student Organization
PTSO is a group that supports and enhances the educational experiences of The Academy’s students by providing an organization through which the parents, teachers, and school sites can work cooperatively and provide financial support for programs funded outside the annual school budget.
ELAC
English Learner Advisory Committee
ELAC is composed of parents, staff, and community members designated to advise The Academy officials on English learner programs and services.
AAPAC
African American Parent Association Commitee
AAPAC is a group dedicated to supporting the academic success and well-being of African American students.
SSC
School Site Council
SSC is a group of parents, teachers, students, and school staff who work together to review and improve the school’s programs, policies, and budget decisions.
